Imperial Dog Walking Service was a start-up business with the goal of creating a dog walking service fit for royalty. Our client wanted the whole deal of business cards, mailers, loyalty cards, t-shirts designs, and even a car decal.
The first thing our client needed was a logo, they wanted something like a dog paw with a crown on it. We wanted to give it a modern, yet classic look, combing a cleaned up vintage, calligraphy font with a sleek modern font. For the icon of the logo, we used a classic European style crown in the same manner as a paw print. We chose purple and yellow as the royal, complimentary colors of the past. The purple representing the rare and expensive dye for fabrics while the yellow represents the gold crowns that housed the fabric in place. We presented a couple of designs to our client and they instantly loved what we showed them.
From there, the process of transferring the design over to print was a quick and easy process.
