RdyToGo℠ is a service of Better The World, LLC. The following Privacy Policy applies to your use of this website and any services you purchase. Better The World, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

This Policy does not apply to information processed strictly on behalf of our clients under a separate service agreement, in which case our clients are the data controller and we act as a service provider or data processor.

  • Form submission data (Meteor Forms℠): If you are the end user of a form built using Meteor Forms℠, data you enter is submitted to the business that deployed the form. That business is the data controller for that submission
  • Listing and profile data (Effypop℠): Business name, description, contact information, and other profile details submitted by businesses or creatives who list on Effypop℠
  • Newsletter and email subscription information: Email address and any preferences you provide when subscribing

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our websites, we may automatically collect:

  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and general geographic region (country/region)
  • IP address: Used for spam prevention, security, and geographic analytics

  • Analytics providers: Aggregated analytics data from Google Analytics and similar tools

Because all brands operate under Better The World, LLC, information may be shared internally across brands (for example, if you are a client of both Pro-How℠ and RdyToGo℠). We do not use cross-brand data to profile you without your knowledge.

We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Better The World, LLC, our clients, or the public.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to notifying affected individuals promptly in the event of a confirmed data breach that is likely to cause harm.


8. Children’s Privacy

Our websites and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.
